Become a Float4Life Instructor with Easterseals Florida, helping children master essential swimming and safety skills. This part-time position involves individualized instruction in various pool settings. As a Float4Life Instructor, you’ll deliver personalized lessons focused on water safety and skill development for children, including those with special needs.

This role requires managing client progress, ensuring a safe pool environment, and communicating effectively with families about milestones. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored Float4Life instruction to clients
- Coordinate lesson schedules and track individual progress
- Maintain a protected, clean pool atmosphere
- Work closely with families to foster water safety
- Actively assist children during lessons in the water Requirements:
- Required certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED
- Experience with young children and special needs communities
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift children up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to pursue Float4Life Certification Support children’s safety and confidence in water with Easterseals Florida's Float4Life program.
