Duties

- Prepare patients for ECG tests, Holter monitor application, and blood collection procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process
- Operate and troubleshoot ECG machines and Holter monitors to capture high-quality cardiac data
- Collect blood samples using proper phlebotomy techniques, adhering to safety and infection control protocols
- Verify patient identity and accurately document all procedures performed
- Maintain equipment calibration, cleanliness, and inventory of supplies for seamless workflow
- Educate patients on test procedures,

- Record detailed notes in patient records, ensuring clarity and compliance with healthcare standards

Skills
