Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that align with early childhood curriculum standards
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages social interaction, creativity, and exploration
- Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to support student growth
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to safety and health regulations
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists




- Document daily observations, attendance, and developmental milestones accurately and promptly

Skills

- Proficiency in English
- Strong childcare experience with young children; familiarity with early childhood education principles
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special educational needs
- Excellent communication skills to engage children and collaborate with families and team members
- Demonstrated classroom management and organizational skills to maintain an effective learning environment
- Computer literacy for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
- Leadership qualities to guide children confidently while fostering independence and curiosity
- Time management skills to balance lesson planning, classroom activities, and documentation effectively
- Writing skills for maintaining detailed records and progress reports

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
