Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic classroom environment. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing tailored assistance to promote full participation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and individual development plans.
- Utilize computer skills to document student progress, prepare educational materials, and manage classroom activities efficiently.




- Lead classroom activities that promote language development in English and French (if applicable), encouraging bilingual communication when appropriate.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development, and classroom management techniques.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable to support diverse student populations.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom routines, lesson plans, and documentation effectively.
- Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while fostering teamwork among staff members.
