Title: ECommerce Brand Advocate Analyst

PositionOverview:

The Brand Advocate Program allows Home Depot’s largest supplier partners to invest in having an assigned Analyst who works with that vendor tooptimizetheir eCommerce and interconnected experience with Home Depot Canada.

As an eCommerce expert,you’llplay a pivotal role in drivingresultsthatwillpositivelyimpacttheshopping experience for our DIY and Pro customers.You’llworkdirectlywithsome of Home Depot’s largestvendor partners andcollaborate withinternal cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven contentand businessstrategies.

KeyResponsibilities:

StrategicBusiness Analyst

- You willleverageyour eCommerceexpertiseand aptitude for data analytics to create dashboards and run reports to help your vendor(s) to make strategic data-driven decisions about their business.

- The key here is using the data to tell a clear and concise story to the vendor and toprovideactionable insights.

- Skillsrequired: Abilitytoturn sales metrics into insightsthat are easily understood by executive audiences,expertiseineCommerceand contentbest practices,experience with Excel and aptitude to learn other analytics tools.

Account Manager

- As the dedicated point of contact for your assigned vendors, you willbe responsible forbuilding strong relationships andinfluencingstrategic decisions.

- You will work with your vendor(s)



and internal teams to prioritize eCommerce projects including new product onboarding, content enrichment, deep-diveanalysisand others.

- Skills required: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely,engaging presentation skills,build relationshipswith stakeholders at all levels,diplomaticallynavigate difficult conversations.

Project Management

- As part ofprojectmanagement, you will create tickets, follow-up on project status with internal teams and occasionally help to populate forms for back-end data quality.

- Create and manage a detailed project planand goal tracker in consultation with your vendor(s) and internal stakeholders.

- Skills required: Ability to prioritize competing projects,detail oriented and organized,self-motivated to drive results based on vendor needs and priorities.

- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively via charts and graphs.

- Engaging storyteller with ability to navigate difficult conversations.





- Client-facing experience an asset.

Aptitude for Data Analytics & eCommerce Expertise
- Understanding ofkey eCommercesalesmetrics andcontentbest practices.

- Intermediate to advanced Excel andPowerPointskills.

- A passion for Analytics and an aptitude to learn analytics tools such asLooker, Tableau and Adobe Analytics

Organization and Project Management Skills
- Effectively prioritize projects with a high volume of competing requests.

- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations without a explicit roadmap.

Direct Manager/DirectReports:

- Reports to Brand Advocate Supervisor

TravelRequirements:

- Commute to head office5days per week(Monday- Friday)

- Occasional visitsto the GTAHome Depotstores

PhysicalRequirements:

- Extended sitting

- Repetitive tasks

OnsiteWork:

- Toronto Store Support Centre - 1 Concorde Gate, North York
- In office Monday -Friday

WorkingConditions:

- Office, Store

MinimumEducation:

- University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience

Minimum Years of WorkExperience:

- 3-5 years eCommerce experiencerequired

- Clientfacing experiencean asset
- eCommerceexpertiseand online merchandisingbest practices

- Strong aptitude forpresenting eCommerce and salesmetrics

Other Requirements/Assets:

- Experience with Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics an asset

- Advanced capability in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook an asset

The pay range for this position is between $55,100.00 - $62,000.00
