Clarus Electric Corp. is currently seeking motivated, experienced Electricians to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in the Lower Mainland of B.C., we specialize in residential and commercial electrical projects, including new construction, repairs, upgrades, and custom installations.

What You'll Do

- Interpret and work from electrical and site plans
- Collaborate closely with General Contractors, Developers, Site Foreman, and other trades
- Lead and delegate tasks to apprentices and team members
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards
- Keep job sites organized and safe
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Foreman

What We’re Looking For





- Red Seal Journeyman Ticket (or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Lead Hand
- Strong understanding of PPE and job site safety practices
- Proficiency with basic hand tools (including a cordless drill)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Experience in concrete high-rise construction is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
