Rexel Canada is hiring an Outside Sales Representative based in Victoria to prospect and onboard new accounts, develop growth strategies, and maintain an opportunity pipeline. You will conduct weekly account visits, document activities in the CRM, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet monthly objectives.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience in electrical distribution, solid communication skills, and willingness to travel.
