Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to guide installation and repair processes
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and industrial electrical components
- Use power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to carry out electrical tasks accurately and safely
- Diagnose electrical issues through systematic testing and analysis, utilizing schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or modifications in existing facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all work activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an commercial electrician or similar electrical technician role with a strong understanding of electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams confidently
- Hands-on experience with low voltage wiring, power tools, and construction-related electrical work
- Familiarity with renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or modifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex electrical issues efficiently
- Handyman experience or construction background is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various repair tasks
