At 404 Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital, we welcome an experienced Emergency Veterinarian, DVM, to join our team in Newmarket, Ontario. Key responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional emergency care by confidently leading triage, diagnosing emergency cases, and performing life-saving medical and surgical procedures.
- Collaborate across our network to leverage the advanced skills of our in-house teams and fellow VCA hospitals, ensuring our patients receive seamless, multi-disciplinary specialty support.
- Nurture client connections by providing compassionate, clear guidance to pet parents during stressful times, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
- Support, train and mentor new graduates to nurture a learning culture of professional development.

What You Bring

- Emergency experience: Prior emergency experience is preferred, and completion of an internship program is an asset.
- Schedule flexibility: We offer a fair, rotational schedule across overnights and weekends to nurture a better work-life balance, fully supported by our specialists who provide on-call after-hours backup.
