Become a Day Supports Facilitator with DANI to support neurodivergent adults in achieving their goals. Engage in community-focused programming and make a difference. DANI is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in the ACE (Abilities, Community, Empowerment) weekday program.

You will implement person-centered planning while fostering confidence and skills in adults with developmental disabilities. This role entails facilitating programs that cater to diverse interests while supporting colleagues and individual participants. Key Responsibilities:

- Attend team meetings to ensure alignment on goals
- Observe and communicate the needs of participants
- Develop personalized programs for small groups
- Ensure engagement during community outings
- Manage a caseload focusing on individual Goal Action Plans Requirements:
- College or university diploma required
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational capabilities
