Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for helping ensure products, components, and completed work meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to build a career in quality inspection and aerospace operations. While previous experience in manufacturing, aviation, aerospace, or a technical environment is an asset, we are willing to train individuals who have the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Verification
- Inspect incoming materials, components, and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Perform in-process and final inspections using approved procedures and technical documentation
- Verify measurements, dimensions, and workmanship using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Complete inspection records and quality documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, and non-conformances
Quality & Compliance
- Support compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with investigations of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions
- Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
- Follow established quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams
- Communicate inspection findings clearly and professionally
- Participate in training and development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills
- Contribute to a secure, positive, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, or technical documents is an asset
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, gauges, or similar equipment is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills for documentation and record keeping
