CoolIT Systems is looking for a Manager of CDU Sustaining Engineering to spearhead the support and enhancement of the CDU portfolio.

With over 7 years of product development experience, candidates must excel in thermal analysis, stress analysis, and engineering change management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure top-quality liquid cooling products are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee sustaining mechanical engineering for Coolant Distribution Units
- Provide technical guidance on thermal management and material selection




- Manage team workload and foster growth opportunities
- Establish priorities based on customer needs and manufacturing
- Encourage a culture of innovation and accountability Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in product development or sustaining engineering
- 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Experience in configuration management processes
