The Position

We’re looking for an entry-level Designer to join our team - an early-career role ideal for someone with internship or junior-level experience who's ready to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll support the design team across all project phases, contributing to concept development, visulizations, and construction documentation while building a strong foundation in real-world project delivery.

What You'll Work On

- Assist in the development of design concepts, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Support the creation of drawings, renderings, and 3D models using industry-standard tools
- Contribute to design development packages and documentation
- Conduct materials, finishes, and design research
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques
- Help maintain organized project files and documenation
- Collaborate with team members and support coordination efforts across projects
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role

What You'll Bring

- Internship or junior-level studio experience in design preferred
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with 3D rendering visualization tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




- Explicit communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
