Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, hands‑on General Help team members to support daily production, facility operations, and workflow efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in manufacturing or aerospace who wants stable work, skill development, and room to advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production teams with material handling, prep work, and shop organization
- Support coating, masking, and finishing processes (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work workplace
- Load/unload parts, equipment, and supplies
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and general shop duties
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Strong work ethic willingness to learn
- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
