Graymont is seeking Labourers for their Exshaw Plant in Alberta. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial workplace with potential for advancement into equipment operation roles. Ideal candidates are motivated team players who are physically fit and eager to learn new skills in a 24/7 operation.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Physically fit and able to carry 50lbs
- Self-motivated, goal oriented,

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Must pass Aptitude Test
- Pre-employment testing: Fitness to Work Medical Evaluation, Alcohol & Drug Testing, and Criminal Background Check

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Partial or full trades tickets, or experience from oil rigs, welding, mechanics, millwrights, and blasters
- Mobile equipment tickets or experience (skid steers, forklifts, wheel loaders, railway equipment)
- Experience working in industrial environments
