Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming environment
- Assist customers with product inquiries, including merchandise and convenience store items
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed




- Use effective communication skills to answer questions, resolve issues, and promote store promotions or loyalty programs

Experience

- Minimum 1 year experience, especially in Esso Circle K stores is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions confidently
- Experience in technology sales or product demos can be an advantage for promoting new items or services
- Strong organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
