Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, including facials, skin care consultations, and specialized services such as eyelash extensions. Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and eyelash extension applications with precision and care
- Provide personalized skin consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
- Engage customers at the front desk, greeting clients warmly and managing appointment scheduling efficiently
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and upselling additional services to enhance their results
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations




- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort, answer questions, and build lasting relationships
- Assist with inventory management of skincare products and supplies to ensure availability for daily operations

Experience

- Previous experience as an esthetician or skincare specialist is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Familiarity with eyelash extension techniques is highly desirable
- Robust retail sales skills with a focus on upselling and product recommendations
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and active listening
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare advice
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, check-ins, and client records
- A valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations
