Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and waxing to meet individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ natural lashes and boost their confidence
- Provide expert product recommendations and retail sales to help clients maintain their skincare routines at home
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client advantages and salon revenue




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout treatment areas to ensure a safe environment

Requirements

- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, and other skincare treatments
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products confidently
- Professional appearance with a friendly, energetic attitude that reflects our brand’s positive vibe
- Prior experience working at the front desk or handling administrative tasks is a plus
