THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re growing our estimating team and are looking for a Junior to Mid‑Level Estimator who is eager to develop their skills in façade construction and work alongside experienced estimators, supervisors, and sales teams on active bid projects. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their estimating career who enjoys technical work, learning from others, and contributing to well‑organized, accurate project submissions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES As a Junior to Mid‑Level Estimator, you’ll support the estimating process from project review through final submission by:

- Reviewing bid documents and identifying project requirements
- Organizing and marking up drawings and specifications using Bluebeam
- Assisting with scope review, RFIs, and project planning discussions
- Completing material take‑offs and building cost models
- Requesting and analyzing vendor and engineering pricing
- Supporting pre‑close and final close reviews with supervisors and management
- Preparing marked‑up scopes, redlined specifications, exhibits, and pricing notes
- Working closely with Sales, Supervisors, Engineering, and Preconstruction teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–5 years of experience in estimating or a related construction role
- Interest or experience in stick‑built curtain wall systems
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to ask questions and learn
- Comfortable working with drawings, specifications, and Excel‑based cost models
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance

BASE SALARY RANGE $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary
