Job Summary

Lemarg Restoration seeks an in-house Estimator with strong insurance restoration experience. You’ll visit sites, sketch and scope, write and revise Xactimate estimates, handle supplements, and coordinate with adjusters and PMs to keep scope and budget aligned with field conditions. Estimating across emergency, contents, and reconstruction.

Requirements include strong Xactimate skills, site inspection and documentation experience, solid construction knowledge, and clear adjuster communication. Valid license and regular site travel required. If you own accuracy and love restoration detail, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate property damage and provide estimates for restoration services
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates
- Inspect damaged properties and gather necessary information to create detailed estimates
- Document all work and materials used for each project
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Continuously improve knowledge of restoration industry best practices, materials, and techniques




- Attend training sessions and industry conferences to stay current with industry advancements

Requirements:

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately assess damage and estimate repair costs
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and insurance adjusters
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using computer software programs for estimating and project management
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry, with a focus on estimating
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
