We are hiring an EUC Lead to own end-to-end vulnerability remediation operations, lead endpoint security and patch remediation initiatives, and coordinate remediation teams across enterprise environments.

- Own end-to-end vulnerability remediation operations.

- Lead remediation of Critical, High, and Medium vulnerabilities identified through Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.

- Review exposure scores, vulnerability trends, patch compliance, and remediation effectiveness.

- Drive monthly remediation planning and prioritization.

- Manage Defender Analysts, Intune Engineers, Packaging Engineers, and Citrix Engineers.

- Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and Customer stakeholders.

- Develop remediation strategies for OS, browser, third-party applications, and Citrix environments.





- Review Security Copilot insights and remediation recommendations.

- Present executive dashboards, risk reports, compliance reports, and SLA metrics.

- Manage exception handling and risk acceptance processes while ensuring patching SLAs and compliance targets.
