Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their vision and translate ideas into captivating decor themes.
- Design, set up, and dismantle event decorations, including floral arrangements, backdrops, table settings, lighting enhancements, and themed props.
- Source and select decor materials within budget constraints, negotiating with vendors to secure quality supplies at the best prices.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all decor elements are completed on schedule before the event start time.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail during installation to ensure all decor aligns perfectly with the planned aesthetic.




- Provide exceptional guest services by assisting attendees with decor-related inquiries or special requests during events.
- Uphold safety standards during setup and teardown processes to prevent accidents or damage to property.

Requirements

- Proven experience in event decoration, hospitality, or related fields such as restaurant or hotel experience.
- Strong skills in marketing and guest services to enhance guest satisfaction through beautiful presentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members seamlessly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through effective time management.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles to optimize decor costs without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and negotiation strategies to maximize vendor relationships and client satisfaction.
