Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations
- Manage guest services by answering questions and guiding attendees to various event areas and presentation standards are met

Experience

- Previous experience working in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests and team members
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor




- Experience in guest services or event support roles is advantageous
- Enthusiasm for working in lively environments and engaging with diverse groups of people
