Key Responsibilities

- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Help with event setup and teardown
- Scan tickets and manage entry flow efficiently
- Greet and seat guests while providing excellent customer service
- Support and monitor crowd management and guest experience during seating and performances
- Assist with merchandise and photo experiences

Requirements

- Strong customer service and communication

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, live workplace
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, etc.
- Team Player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends

Bonus: Experience in events and customer-facing roles or keen interest to learn. Pay: $21.50 per hour
