Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Take food and drink orders from guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards by adhering to food handling protocols and sanitation procedures.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrating excellent customer service skills,



and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Requirements

- Proven restaurant or food industry experience as a bartender or server, with familiarity in serving alcohol and food.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Previous experience with cashiering, food service operations, and food industry standards is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have valid serving it right.
