We are looking for an experienced, reliable and highly skilled Carpenter to join our residential renovation team.

This is an all-round carpentry position for someone with strong residential renovation experience who is confident working across multiple stages of a renovation. The successful candidate will have experience with framing, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, trim, doors, and general renovation work.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, problem-solve on site and take ownership of their work from start to finish. A high standard of workmanship, attention to detail and reliability are essential.

What You Will Do

- General & Finish Carpentry: Complete a wide variety of residential renovation carpentry including framing, trim install, interior doors, millwork and finishing components.
- Kitchen Cabinet Installation: Install custom and semi-custom kitchen cabinetry, panels, fillers, trim and hardware accurately and professionally.
- Residential Renovations: Work confidently within existing homes, adapting to site conditions and solving the challenges that come with renovation work.
- Work Independently: Read drawings, plan and organize your work, problem-solve on site and manage your time efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Quality Workmanship: Complete work accurately and efficiently with a strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners, trades and other team members.
- Jobsite Standards: Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment and treat our clients' homes with care and respect.

Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of carpentry experience, with solid residential renovation experience required.

Certification: Journeyperson Carpenter/Red Seal certification is an asset. Equivalent demonstrated residential renovation experience will also be considered.

Skills: Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovations, excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Independence: Must be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for completing assigned work correctly and efficiently.

Tools & Transportation: Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required. Must have basic personal carpentry tools.

Background Check: Successful candidate must provide a satisfactory criminal record check as a condition of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00-$42.00 per hour
