Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive carpentry expertise to execute a wide range of building projects with precision and efficiency. Your hands-on experience in blueprint reading, concrete forming, restoration, cabinet installation, and other specialized skills will be vital in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

- Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Construct, install, and repair structures using various materials such as wood, concrete, siding, and drywall.
- Perform concrete forming and rebar installation to create foundations and structural elements.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing components, and perform masonry work with precision.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct restoration projects including drywall repair, painting touch-ups, caulking, and general finishing.
- Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate assessments of materials and labor needs.
- Collaborate with team members on heavy lifting tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Read and follow schematics for electrical wiring, plumbing systems,



HVAC components or other technical specifications as needed.
- Support assembly tasks for fixtures or structural components in manufacturing or construction settings.

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry or construction with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skill sets.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics.
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, siding installation, and tile laying.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret project plans accurately.
- Familiarity with rebar installation, framing techniques, cabinetry installation, flooring setup, and woodworking projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Robust understanding of safety standards related to electrical work, plumbing systems, caulking procedures, and general construction practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to project completion.
- Valid experience in handyman tasks or general maintenance is a plus; relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
