Experienced Concrete Formwork & Finisher

Strong Base Group is looking for experienced Concrete Formwork & Finishers to join our growing construction team.

We are looking for skilled concrete workers who can form, pour, and finish concrete and can work independently as part of an experienced crew.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of concrete experience

Strong experience with concrete formwork

Experience forming and pouring concrete walls

Experienced with flatwork, including sidewalks, walkways, pads, slabs, curbs and other concrete work

Ability to finish concrete to a professional standard

Experience with broom finish and other common concrete finishes

Able to read grades, elevations and construction drawings

Knowledge of setting forms, reinforcing steel/rebar and preparing for concrete pours

Able to strip forms and complete clean, professional concrete work

Comfortable working around construction equipment and active job sites

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a crew

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred

We are not looking for entry-level concrete labourers for this position.

We want experienced concrete professionals who understand the complete process:

Layout → Form → Reinforce → Pour → Finish → Strip

Concrete Forming & Finishing: Minimum 5 Years – REQUIRED
