Experienced Kinesiologist – Clinic & Community | Full or Part Time

Intuitive Independence Rehabilitation Services is looking for an outstanding, experienced Kinesiologist - part or full time - to permanently join our growing team of Rehab Specialists in our private practice.

We are seeking a confident, self-directed clinician with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a diverse setting with an adult client population. Full caseloads are available between clinic, community, and home settings.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a Kinesiologist who has already built a foundation - someone who can walk into a home visit, read the room, adapt the program on the spot, and document it well. Your Role as a Kinesiologist:

As a Kinesiologist with Intuitive Rehab, you will work in home, community, and clinic settings, using your specialized skills to support clients with a variety of diagnoses, including neurological, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, chronic pain, and brain injuries.

You will be responsible for assessment, individualized exercise and rehabilitation program design, progression and outcome tracking, documentation and insurer reporting, and collaboration with our other amazing team members - which includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Clinical Counsellors, Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Dietitians, and Social Workers.

You'll work independently or in collaboration with a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or our Kinesiology Clinical Lead, and travel as needed to serve clients across our communities, from Hope to Vancouver.

Your Core Competencies & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology
- Certified, practicing member in good standing with BCAK
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience as a practicing Kinesiologist (active rehab, community, or clinic-based)
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C/AED
- Professional Liability (current)
- Valid BC Driver's License and reliable vehicle




- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently - scheduling, progression, reporting, and discharge planning with minimum supervision
- Experience with active rehabilitation, functional testing, and insurance-based caseloads (ICBC/MVA an asset)
- Confidence adapting programs in real time for complex presentations, and comfort working autonomously in client homes
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills - clear, timely, and defensible
- Strength and success in establishing and maintaining client and referral relationships
- Confidence in making recommendations and collaborating with other health care professionals
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passion for continuous learning and best practices
- Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) clearance within the last 6 months
