Store Manager / Sales Leader – Cell Phone Store
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to manage our Cataraqui Centre location. You’ll be responsible for sales, team performance, inventory, and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team & drive sales
- Close sales, upsell & hit targets
- Train and motivate staff
- Track sales performance
- Manage inventory & stock
- Handle opening/closing
- Maintain store standards
- Report to upper management
Requirements:
- Strong retail sales experience
- Leadership/management experience
- Results-driven & reliable
- Adaptable availability
