Mix is looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the safety field.
Your role will involve enhancing compliance with safety regulations, developing effective safety procedures, and conducting thorough inspections. You will play a critical part in promoting safe practices in a bustling industrial workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee occupational health and safety programs across the company
- Ensure compliance with environmental codes and policies
- Improve safety practices and procedures continually
- Conduct hazard inspections and maintain inventories of safety equipment
- Coordinate employee training and safety meetings Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC legislation
- Level 2 Occupational First Aid certification
