What You'll Be Doing

- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately, following order specs and WMS instructions
- Safely operate warehouse equipment to move, position, stage, and organize product
- Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers
- Scan, label, and verify product to keep order accuracy high
- Stage completed orders for shipping and keep your zone clean, secure, and organized
- Report damages, shortages, and inventory discrepancies
- Follow all health, safety, and food-handling procedures on the floor

What You Need

- Previous order picking / warehouse experience (required — this is a role for experienced pickers)
- Comfortable using a WMS, RF scanner, or voice-pick system
- Able to lift and move product repeatedly throughout your shift
- Strong attention to detail and a steady, productive pace
- Able to communicate and read instructions in English
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (documentation required)
- Forklift or reach truck certification is an asset — not required to apply
- Food, grocery, or cold-chain warehouse experience is an asset

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
