At Nu-Fab, as an Experienced Truss Builder, you will engage in the assembly of floor and roof trusses while working closely with your Team Leader. This physically demanding role includes lifting 25-50 lbs and ensuring the quality of materials and processes. Ideal candidates should have prior experience, but training is available for the right fit. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare workstation for each order per Team Leader
- Assemble trusses according to standard procedures
- Perform quality checks on materials and work quality
- Maintain a clean and secure work area
