Become a Health Care Aide at Extendicare’s Red River Place LTC in Selkirk, Manitoba. This part-time role involves providing essential personal care and emotional support to residents. You will be under the guidance of the Director of Health & Wellness and expected to adhere to all regulatory standards and Extendicare’s policies.

Ideal candidates will have graduated from a Health Care Aide program and have a passion for serving seniors in the community. You will assist residents with personal care and daily living, while also observing and reporting any significant changes in their conditions. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
- Report observations to supervisors for resident care




- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents
- Facilitate safe resident movement and mobility
- Maintain a safe and clean setting for all Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of a recognized program
- Previous experience in senior care is essential
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is advantageous
