Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exterior Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough, ensuring a high-quality, durable, and visually appealing finish. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of construction projects by transforming raw structures into polished, weather-resistant exteriors.

Duties

- Install siding, soffit, fascia ,eavestrough, or other exterior cladding materials with precision and care
- Apply caulking, and sealants to ensure weatherproofing and aesthetic quality
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures to improve durability and appearance
- Assist with roofing installation and repairs to ensure proper water drainage and protection against elements
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately for siding, framing, or other exterior components
- Support plumbing or electrical work related to exterior fixtures when required
- Maintain a clean and safe work setting by adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and material handling





Skills

- Extensive experience with siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough installation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of construction, caulking, siding installation, and roofing systems
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems as they relate to exterior finishes
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to siding or other exterior materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on restoration projects or complex construction scenarios
- Effective communication skills for working with team members using schematics or technical instructions
