About Us Oval Optical is a modern boutique optical specializing in premium eyewear, personalized styling, and elevated customer experience.

As we expand to our new Oakridge Park location, we are looking for a qualified, customer-focused, and sales-driven Licensed Optician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with frame styling and eyewear selection
- Recommend lens options and product solutions based on customer needs
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business
- Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory organization
- Help achieve individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Support both Oakridge and Richmond locations when needed

What We're Looking For
- Fluent English communication skills required




- Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Luxury retail, fashion retail, or optical experience is an asset
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident working with customers
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends

Job Type Full-time / Part-time

Schedule

- 8 hour shift
- Oakridge Mall business hours 10 am-9pm
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
