Why This Role Is Different
This is more than a traditional eyewear sales position.
You will help patients find eyewear that supports their vision, reflects their personality and makes them feel fantastic.
If you have a excellent sense of style, enjoy building genuine relationships and take pride in creating an exceptional experience, this could be the opportunity for you.
This is a full-time, in-person position working five days per week and may include Saturdays.
How to Apply (Read This Carefully)
We do things a little differently... on purpose.
To apply, please submit one complete PDF that includes both:
● Your résumé.
● Your cover letter.
Your cover letter must include the words “Purple Monkeys.”
Why? Because attention to detail matters in this role. We want to see how you communicate, follow instructions and present yourself when no one is standing over your shoulder.
In your cover letter, please also tell us:
● Why this opportunity interests you.
●What exceptional patient service means to you.
● An accomplishment that you are particularly proud of.
Applications submitted without a cover letter, without the words “Purple Monkeys,” or as separate files rather than one complete PDF will not be considered.
We promise this isn’t a trick. It is simply a practical way for us to identify candidates who are organized, pay attention to detail, communicate effectively and follow instructions—all essential qualities for an Eyewear Consultant / Licensed Optician.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
