What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.This is a full-time seasonal position starting immediately and ending October 2026.Based at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, this on-site living role places you 100 km from Jasper and surrounded by stunning glacier views and endless mountain adventure. You’ll be part of a destination that includes the Glacier View Lodge, dining outlets, retail, and the world-famous Glacier Adventure and Skywalk. Staff live on-site with accommodations and three hot meals per day. The starting wage for this role $24.00/hour. Housing and meals are a taxable benefit End-of-season retention bonus up to $1.00/hourROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESPerforming daily maintenance checksCompleting repairs within scope of experience/skillFollowing up on maintenance requestsParticipating in seasonal annual opening and closing proceduresBooking and coordinating contractorsOther duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environmentMature, energetic,



dependable and self-motivated - Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervisionPrevious plumbing, electrical, building and carpentry experience preferred - Class 5 driver’s license (unrestricted), requiredStandard First Aid Certification, required (or willing to obtain prior to beginning work)Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and capable of manual duties, requiredProven ability to complete minor building repairs to proper building standards/codesOrganizational and time management skills, with attention to detailDependable, self-motivated and fully capable of working autonomouslyEmployee and public relations skills and a friendly/cooperative natureMust enjoy working outdoors, even in challenging mountain weather conditionsInternally motivated with a consistently high level of energyAbility to take initiative and follow through on tasks needing attentionHigh attention to detailEnjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environmentComfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environmentBe prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standardTo honor our commitment to be Always Honest all employees must consent to a criminal record checkAbout Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
