- Clear snow from entrances and sidewalks for user safety
- Execute preventive maintenance and periodic facility inspections
- Handle repairs including drywall and painting tasks
- Install and adjust various equipment and furniture
- Participate in material handling tasks and support staff as needed Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance
- Strong physical fitness for manual labor
- Capable of working collaboratively or independently
