Join Factors Group as a Quality Compliance Supervisor, a key role in ensuring quality assurance across locations. This hybrid position involves managing HACCP and regulatory compliance initiatives. In this full time position, you will leverage your five-plus years' experience in the food or pharmaceutical sectors.
Your leadership will be pivotal in securing necessary documentation with regulatory agencies, managing HACCP/PCP programs, and implementing supplier management strategies. This role requires you to support the supervisor in everyday tasks including staff scheduling and human resources matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update HACCP and PCP programs
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Lead supplier requalification activities
- Support quality agreement and complaint management
- Assist with team timesheets and performance reviews Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory experience of 2 years or more
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
