Discovery Dream Homes is looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer to join our production team!

This is a full time position working in our manufacturing facility, assisting with the production and preparation of our custom log and timber home packages.

Duties may include:

- Assisting with general factory and production tasks
- Handling, moving and organizing lumber and building materials
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Assisting machine operators and other production staff
- Measuring, cutting and preparing materials as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Other general labour duties as required

What we're looking for:

- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
- Comfortable performing physical work and lifting building materials
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Previous factory, construction or woodworking experience is an asset, but not required
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Knowledge of building materials is an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
