? Location: Greater Niagara Region, Ontario (Remote position with access to satellite office)

Who You AreWe are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Family Law Lawyer who can either bring their own client base ("book of business") or take advantage of our firm’s established client files. You’re an experienced Family Lawyer (3+ years) who is committed to providing client-centered representation through adaptable in-person and virtual meeting options when applicable. You’re ambitious, ready to hit the ground running, and want the freedom to grow your practice—without the burden of day-to-day business management.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and adoption.
- Independently manage a diverse caseload of family law litigation files
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.
- Draft and review legal documents, including separation agreements, parenting plans, and court filings.
- Strategize, draft, and argue family law matters, including motions, case conferences, and trials
- Work directly with clients, providing practical and results-oriented advice
- Proactively seek growth opportunities, whether through networking, referrals, or innovative approaches
- Collaborate with a supportive, entrepreneurial team of legal professionals

What We’re Looking For

- At least 3+ years of family law litigation experience in good standing with the LSO
- Ability to complete in-person consultations and appointments at our satellite office space in St. Catherine’s
- Strong litigation, advocacy, and client management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
- Growth-focused and eager to take control of your career
