Financial Structure: Transparent overhead model designed to reward clinical volume.
- Split: 75/25 base split featuring a graduated overhead reduction tier tied to gross billings (applicable to both LFP and FFS). Exact tier threshold will be provided directly upon inquiry.
Clinical Setup:
- Practice Autonomy: Total freedom to build and tailor your patient panel to align with your specific clinical strengths and areas of interest. No corporate oversight.
- Patient Roster: Optional patient panel available for incoming physicians to facilitate immediate LFP empanelment.
- Administrative Support:
On-site MOAs to ensure consistent clinic operations.
- Patient Accessibility: Abundant free parking directly outside the clinic and excellent transit access.
- Access to Ai scribe to help with documentation
- Access to Cortico to streamline communication with the patient.

Requirements:
- Active, independent practice license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
- Active MSP Billing Number.
- CCFP designation (or equivalent).
- Active CMPA Malpractice Insurance.
