Shepherd's Family Centre, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing dignity and self-determination for individuals and families. This position requires a compassionate approach and skills in community outreach, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling. You’ll work in an interdisciplinary team to ensure residential safety and the well-being of service users. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide crisis prevention and supportive counseling to users
- Conduct assessments, intake, and housing-based case management
- Perform unit inspections and cleaning tasks for safety




- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive service user information
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Social Services or related field
- Minimum of 1-year experience in community outreach or shelters
- Knowledge of issues affecting families, including homelessness
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
