We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring that they feel confident and stylish in their choices. As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through exceptional service and expertise in fashion trends.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their fashion needs and preferences, providing tailored advice and recommendations.
- Maintain an organized display of merchandise, ensuring that all items are visually appealing and accessible.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or appointments.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail or customer service,



preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is advantageous for understanding product features.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients over the phone.
- A genuine passion for fashion and helping others express their personal style.
