Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders attentively, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize wait times
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met

Experience

- Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important!
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving customers and basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
- Previous kitchen or food industry experience can help you hit the ground running but is not mandatory; we welcome motivated learners ready to grow!
