CSO Elite Protection is currently hiring Female Security Guards to work at nightlife venues, bars, lounges, clubs, and entertainment establishments across the GTA.

We are looking for professional, confident, and reliable individuals who can maintain a safe and welcoming environment while providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

Position: Female Security Guard

Company: CSO Elite Protection

Location: GTA – Various Nightlife Venues

Employment Type: Part-Time

Shifts: Primarily evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Monitor entrances, exits, and guest areas
- Check identification and manage access when required
- Assist with crowd control and maintain order
- Monitor for disruptive, suspicious, or unsafe behaviour
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents
- Assist venue staff with difficult situations when necessary
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas
- Monitor and report safety and security concerns
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Work closely with venue management, staff, and other security personnel
- Assist with emergency situations and contact emergency services when required




- Provide skilled and respectful customer service to guests

Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Previous security or nightlife experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
- Confident and comfortable working in busy nightlife environments
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong observation and situational-awareness skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, confident, and alert, with the ability to handle challenging situations while maintaining a positive and respectful interaction with guests. Experience working in bars, nightclubs, lounges, restaurants, concerts, or other nightlife environments is considered an asset.
