As we continue to grow our operations, we are currently hiring Field Operations Drivers to join our team and support our E-Scooters scooter operations throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.

About the Role

As a Field Operations Driver with TAMIN, you will be responsible for completing E-Scooters service tasks throughout the city using a company-provided van.

Your shift will involve travelling between different locations to complete assigned tasks such as moving and repositioning scooters, replacing batteries, retrieving scooters, and completing service-related tasks.

Drivers are expected to visit the warehouse to stock up and replenish supplies as needed, while following all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

This is a task-based role, meaning you are paid based on the number of successfully completed and confirmed tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable being on the road, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced and physical environment.

We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions, with evening, night, and weekend shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a TAMIN-provided van safely and professionally
- Complete assigned E-Scooters scooter tasks throughout the Greater Vancouver Area
- Use the E-Scooters operations app to locate and complete assigned tasks
- Move and reposition scooters to designated locations




- Replace depleted scooter batteries with charged batteries
- Retrieve and transport scooters as required
- Complete assigned service and operational tasks
- Safely load and unload scooters and batteries from the vehicle
- Complete and confirm tasks accurately within the E-Scooters operations app
- Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks throughout the shift
- Maintain communication with the TAMIN operations team
- Report damaged scooters, operational issues, delays, or incidents promptly
- Follow TAMIN and E-Scooters safety and operating procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper care of TAMIN vehicles and equipment

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driving record and driver's abstract required
- Comfortable driving a cargo or sprinter van
- Ability to operate technology, and have access to their own Smart phone with internet service.
- Comfortable using mobile applications, GPS, and communication apps
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Comfortable working independently.
- Physically able to safely lift, move, load, and unload electric scooters and batteries throughout the shift (Up to 50 lb)
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions




- Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, driving, or field operations experience is considered an asset

Compensation This is a task-based position.

- Based on the typical task range, earnings are approximately $180–$280 per shift
- Actual earnings will vary depending on task availability, operational needs, shift conditions, and individual efficiency
- Company van provided during scheduled shifts
- No personal vehicle required

Available Shifts

Current schedules include

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Sunday: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Both Full-Time and Part-Time availability will be considered. Applicants should indicate which shift(s) they are available to work when applying.
