The Chance

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Field Sales Executive to join our national sales team. Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Manager, Canada, you will be responsible for growing sales throughout Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northwestern Ontario by developing relationships with consulting engineers, electrical distributors, electrical contractors, low voltage integrators, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and enterprise end users.



This is a remote position requiring regular travel throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Secure product specifications with consulting engineers and technology consultants.
- Build strong relationships with electrical distributors and their sales teams to drive territory growth and increase market share.
- Develop relationships with electrical contractors, structured cabling contractors, and low voltage integrators.
- Promote and grow the Wirewerks Certified Installer (WCI) Program.
- Deliver Lunch and Learn presentations, product demonstrations, and technical training.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
- Represent Wirewerks at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Share market feedback and competitive intelligence with internal teams.
