Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Compensation: Weekly paid commissions, average $900–$1,300 per week

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking field sales representatives in Calgary to support a growing client in the residential home services industry. This role offers hands-on sales experience, structured training, and performance-based weekly earnings.

No previous sales experience is required.

The Role

This is an in-person position focused on booking free residential assessments with homeowners. You will not be responsible for quoting prices, collecting payments, or performing installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Explain the purpose of a free home assessment
- Schedule appointments for qualified households




- Maintain a qualified and respectful approach

Company transportation and free office parking are provided. Training & Support
- Hands-on training
- Shadow experienced team members
- Ongoing coaching and clear performance expectations

Compensation & Schedule
- Weekly paid commissions
- Average earnings: $900–$1,300 per week
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
